TRANSFERABILITY

Can I transfer my membership?

Yes, all members are granted the flexibility of partial and full membership transferability to a third party, called a designee (partial transfer) and transferee (full transfer). A designee/transferee may be a family member, friend, relative, business partner, colleague or anyone authorized by the primary member to make use of his/her rights and privileges.

What is partial membership transferability?

Partial membership transferability occurs when the primary member, anytime at his/her sole discretion, entrusts any other individual to make use of his/her membership privileges on a temporary “lending” basis. No paperwork is required for such transferability and the primary member assumes full responsibility for any activities affecting his/her member account.

What is full membership transferability?

Full membership transferability occurs when the primary member, anytime at his/her sole discretion, decides to confer all of his/her membership rights and privileges on another individual, with no possibility of reclaiming or regaining any such rights and privileges in the future. For full membership transferability to take effect, the primary member must fill out, sign and submit the Full Membership Transferability Form. Upon receipt of this form and an administrative fee of USD $120, a new set of club cards and a confirmation letter will be mailed to the newly appointed member within 10 days.
