How do I make a reservation?

All Club members gain access to our online reservation system that enables them to submit service requests any time and from anywhere in the world. Reservations are mandatory for all of the services, except for restaurants, and have to be made 72 hours in advance. Members also have the option of making reservations over the telephone or via email.

Can I make a reservation within 72 hours?

An advance time of 72-hours is required for all reservations related to accommodations, transfers, and tours. However, in urgent situations, the Club may accept reservation requests within 72 hours with no assurances that they will be successfully processed.

What happens if I cancel my reservation within 72 hours?

Cancelling a reservation within 72 hours may result in debiting one such service from your account. While the Club will make all efforts to avoid any loss of privileges, all members are strongly advised to proactively plan and confirm their travel itineraries.
