What does membership at Emperum Club entail?

Members benefit from an integrated package of travel essentials of the highest calibre, including graceful accommodations, airport-hotel transfers, a great selection of tours and fine dining services globally. This means privileged access to the finest amenities with no exchange of cash. Club members have the advantage of making reservations for all of the services they are entitled to at any time and from anywhere in the world.

How do I become a member?

Once we receive your online Membership Application Form, we will communicate with you to send the membership package (Membership Agreement and a few forms), and will request payment of the applicable membership fee within 30 days by means of a bank transfer or certified cheque. Following receipt of the signed agreement and full payment, a letter confirming your membership will be mailed to you along with member and designee club cards, as well as the appropriate number of dining gift cards.

What is the duration of my membership term and can I extend it?

Membership commences from the date of joining the Club and is valid for 12 months. Members must utilize all of their benefits and privileges within this period. Extension of the membership term for up to three months may be granted under extenuating circumstances, with the understanding that all remaining services must be utilized within such extended period. The validity of the dining gift cards cannot be extended beyond 12 months, and members are encouraged to use all of their funds before the cards’ expiration date.
