What is a dining gift card and where can I use it?

A dining gift card is a complementary Visa prepaid card made available to Club members for dinning and similar purposes. Each card comes with a balance of CAD $1,000 and must be used within 12 months from the date of activation. It can be used worldwide at any of the Club’s choice restaurants, as well as at any other restaurant or cafe where Visa is accepted. Each time the cardholder uses the card, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.

How do I check my card balance?

Members will receive comprehensive instructions for online activation of their gift cards. Once the card has been registered and an online account created, members may login anytime and from anywhere to check their card balance and activity. There is no card maintenance fee involved.

What happens if my gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?

The cardholder must immediately notify the issuing bank by calling the cardholder services number and provide their card number and other information requested. Once they have notified the bank, a replacement card will be couriered to them subject to verification of their request and a replacement fee of CAD $20.
