What is a member card and how do I use it?

Emperum Club Card, or a member card, is your primary identification card and entails such basic features as name, membership number, validity date, etc. Accepted globally by Emperum Club Alliance partners, it will be requested by hotel personnel, chauffeurs, tour operators and other service providers to verify your affiliation with Emperum Club.

Will I be denied from receiving any service if I fail to present my club card?

No. However, you will be asked to present an alternative identification card, preferably government issued, such as a driver’s license or passport to confirm your identity. While carrying the card on your trip is strongly recommended, we also suggest you keep a printout of your itinerary containing important reservation details, including any confirmation number.

What is a designee card and who can use it?

A designee card is a secondary club card intended for third party use in cases of partial membership transferability. It carries the word “designee” and basic identification information of the primary member. The card must be carried by all designees and supplemented with a second identification card.

What happens if my club card is lost, stolen, or damaged?

You must notify the Club immediately and request a card replacement. Member and designee cards can be replaced for a fee of USD $60 (each card). The fee includes shipping costs.
